The story of Damfino's really began in 2009 with the birth of Full Earth Farm, a local produce operation run by Katie and Aaron, the daughter and son in law of Fred & Lucy Harris. The farm was inspired by the need and demand for healthy and naturally grown food in the region. Certified Naturally Grown, the farm grows a wide variety of veggies according to organic principles and is a founding member of the Red Hills Small Farm Alliance.
Two like minded couples joined forces...
In 2016 the Harrises met Max & Cassandra Gross, both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America. Under Max's guidance as co-owner, head chef and manager, Damfino's became a reality. Though no longer part of the venture, both Max and Cassandra were critical to the creation and implementation of the business. They set very high standards, which continue to be guiding principles in the operation of Damfino's.

Damfino's became fully operational in January, 2017, and the rest is history! We are fortunate to have assembled a great team which is dedicated to the mission of providing Quincy with a fresh, healthy, locally sourced dining and grocery option.
